Gandhi W. Pinder is a Bahamian multimedia strategist and founder of MPR Bahamas, a media, marketing, public relations, and cultural strategy firm dedicated to amplifying voices, shaping bold narratives, and building impactful brands across The Bahamas and the global diaspora.
A trusted communications professional and veteran broadcaster, she began her career as one of the youngest professionals in Bahamian media, rising to national prominence through platforms that champion cultural identity, storytelling, and national dialogue. She currently hosts Gandhi LIVE on ZNS, heard across The Bahamas, South Florida, Turks and Caicos, and the British Virgin Islands.
Gandhi previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations at Gilgan Company Limited, where she led strategic campaigns for brands including Bamboo Shack, Sapodilla, Sunset Beach Club, and Frankie Gone Bananas. Through MPR, her work also extends to artist development and talent management, supporting some of the nation’s top creative voices.
She serves on the National Development Plan Steering Committee and works as a communications consultant to governments both locally and internationally. A proud member of Bahamas Harvest Church, Gandhi is deeply committed to mentorship, purpose-driven leadership, and creating meaningful impact.
